Cooking Instructions
Oven Baking

Coat the cooking tray in cooking oil and preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10minutes.

Add the chicken schnitzel to the tray (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).

Cook schnitzel for approximately 12 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.

Let rest for 3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy
(Safe internal temperature for cooked Poultry is 74degrees Celsius).
Shallow Pan fry
- Coat the pan in Approx 5mm or more of cooking oil and preheat to a medium heat for 5minutes.
- Add the chicken schnitzel to the pan (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).
- Cook schnitzel for approximately 6 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.
- Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for 3 minutes.

Air fryer
- Preheat Air fryer to 180 degrees for 5minutes.
- Add the chicken schnitzel to the tray
- Cook schnitzel for approximately 10 minutes turning halfway
- Let rest for 3 minutes.
